Rendering of four story 92 room Hampton Inn.
Location : Catskill New York
This home features a combination of traditional elements such as the timber framed Porte Cochere at the entry as well as more contemporary elements blended together. Several walls and windows were designed around specific pieces of furniture for the original owners as well. There is also a separate building off a courtyard with a 4 car garage and office space above.
This was a renovation of a formally vacant 37,000 SF space into a restaurant, bar, and indoor pickle ball facility as well as adding exterior deck space in an old unused loading dock area. The renovation also includes a +/- 6,000 SF independent mezzanine structure inside the space as well.
